Neroya has restructured its operating model and shifted its operations toward a B2B coffee production and supply focus. In this direction, retail sales activities have been discontinued and the business has been repositioned around a scalable production and supply structure for commercial customers.

Under the new operating model, product development, roasting, inventory, and shipment processes have been redesigned according to business usage scenarios. The product portfolio, planning system, and supply flow for horeca businesses, distributors, and high-volume operations have been restructured as an integrated system. A repeatable and controllable production model has been targeted.

Operational focus and system approach

Neroya now operates with a commercial coffee supply focus rather than an individual retail model. Production planning and shipment processes are managed according to the operational needs of businesses with regular consumption. This structure has been built on continuity, product standardization, and supply reliability.

The resulting model has been designed as a scalable system that can be applied across different markets. International partnerships and distribution structures are being developed in line with this model.
