Filter Select or Filter Reserve?
Filter Select is designed for businesses seeking a balanced, approachable profile for regular consumption. Filter Reserve is an option when aroma variety is a priority in black coffee. Compare both using the same water, brewing ratio and service conditions.
Choose for your service
For a café, establish whether filter coffee is an all-day house coffee or a distinct aromatic menu option. Hotel breakfast and meeting service can require different batch sizes. In an office, daily demand and brewer capacity should guide purchase quantities together.
Brewing a larger batch does not automatically lower the cost per served drink. Coffee left unserved is part of the cost. Match batch sizes to expected consumption.
Calculate filter coffee cost
Coffee cost per litre equals the kilogram price multiplied by the grams used per litre, divided by 1000. To calculate cost per cup, include the volume actually served. One litre is not one cup.

Whole beans or ground coffee
With a grinder, you can adjust the grind before brewing to suit your equipment. If you prefer ground coffee, consider your brewer and filter method. Select the product preference on the product page and include equipment details in your supply inquiry when relevant.
Plan consumption and order
Products are sold in 10 × 1 kg cases. Estimate monthly needs from daily brewing volume, grams per litre and operating days. At 10 litres per day, 65 g per litre and 26 operating days, theoretical consumption is 16.9 kg, before adjustment and service losses.
